On June 1st 2002, SMS Mail went on trial in New Scotland Yard's
"Special Operations Room" and was an integral part of the Queens
Jubilee week, which ran for 4 days from June 1st to June 4th 2002.

Since that success, the SMS System expanded to various other security sites and departments in New Scotland Yard and the Metropolitan Police Force.
Included are special security sites, such as Londons 999 Call Centre to
sites such as Buckingham Palace, Heathrow Airport, corporate business, major sports clubs, all from which the technology has proven its uniqueness in functionality reliability, and efficiency.

Today it plays its part in general and security communications at New Scotland Yard & The Metropolitan Police, including special events such as the annual Nottinghill Carnival, London Marathons, protest marches, rallies, emergency incidents and security operations.
